Friends, After I checked this forum, finding a statement that EW2009 works well on Win10, I decided to give it a try. Using a schedule that worked well in the old config (win7 sp1) I find trouble starts with the use of PowerPoint, which I use about 10x per schedule. In an empty schedule I can use any video on the live screen, as soon as I load a PPT, PPTX in this schedule the live pane freezes, audio goes on. In a functional old schedule It is possible to use the preview, but starting with the screen showing glitches. If I direct the video to the live pane the former slide stays on screen, audio starts. Sometimes I have access violation at address 77085635 in module ntdll.dll write of address 00000014.

We have released a patch to fix the song editor issue with EasyWorship 2009 after the November update for Windows 10. You can find it at the following link. EasyWorship 2009 will work on Windows 8. EW 2009 & Windows 10. Is there a patch to use Windows 10 with Easy worship 2009?

I used the webcam to try feed: blue screen. DVD also not working. To make sure I updated on a second laptop with same result. Both laptops, Acer and Asus, were problem less on win 7. Win10 has about twice the copy speed between external HD, and I have the impression that automatic finding of the projector works better and colors are brighter. It would be a pity not to be using win10.

Any help getting the video streams up and running would be much appreciated. Here is the current compatibility / support list. EasyWorship 2007 is only supported up to Windows 7. EasyWorship 2009 may work ok on Windows 10, but it is only supported up to Windows 8.1.

EasyWorship 6 is supported on Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 & 10. If we find a problem that needs to be fixed, we’ll report it to the developers and get it fixed.

Currently the only Windows 10 issues we’ve found is with video card drivers that are not working properly. Most commonly the Switchable graphics available on laptops tend to have the most problems. As far as we can tell, the issues that Customers are experiencing with EasyWorship on these computers is not an EasyWorship problem, but a driver problem. We recommend rolling the computer back to the previous version of windows to correct the problem.
