UPDATED REVIEW: I am updating my review and increasing the star score from one to three stars because of one person- CARLA in student accounts. When my financial aid was finally disbursed, there was a large deficit of what I should have gotten. Instead of calling financial aid, I called student accounts to inquire.

Carla was soooo friendly and helpful. She answered my questions and found the answers. I had the difference in my bank account in under 48 hours. I love to give GOOD reviews and would really like to give more than three stars simply because of my experience with Carla alone.

But have really been burned over and over again by so many other support staff that makes it impossible. I really hope that in the future (I only have to deal with this ONE MORE TIME) I can edit this review again and raise the score again. THANK YOU CARLA FOR DOING A GREAT JOB AND FOR PROVIDING OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Old review: I have had some great professors, and a few not so great. Number 1 complaint- financial aid.

This is not my first rodeo in college. Clear Install Flag Properties Sccm 2012 there. I have a bachelors and worked on another masters at legitimate universities. And in 7 years I think I had to call financial aid ONCE. 1 1/2 years at National University and it has been at least a dozen times. I am leaving this review now because it is happening- AGAIN. What am I paying for? Terrible customer service, unprofessional and lazy staff that really don't care about you as long as they get their money.

At nearly $1900 a class, and minimal expenses (for them) you think they could at least deliver good customer service??? It helps if they actually pick up the phone once in a while. Furthermore- SOAR is always going down (student portal).

Agilita Font. I am working on a masters with credentials- it would be great if they offered more ground courses (really hate the break-neck and impersonal online courses- each one is one month, and requires field work which you don't know what is required of you until a day before the course begins- super tough when you already have a job and have to schedule last minute all of the time). I was apprehensive about this program- but there are several active teachers in it that are expanding their credentials and pursuing HQT status. I have already had a few job offers and I am not done with the program yet. If you are patient, have no other obligations, and no money worries then you will be fine. On a normal day I may give NU a 2 or 3 BUT I am quite angry today- so it gets a 1 star review from me. I am finishing my bachelors degree.
